a BUSY week (Part II)

5th July 2007 - Thursday

Today went out with my darl darl after school! He had his skit presentation today. It was quite successful rite my dear? Being a inexperienced salesman in scene 1 and an experienced salesman in scene 2.

We decided to go Clark Quay, Central since we nv go before. Reached there ard 6 plus. As normal, our tummies are grumbling le, so we are going dinner first before shop shop.

Wanted to cross the road to Fisherman's Wharf, as we were walking out. we c tis fountain in smoke and we get fansinated! haha.. darl likes the feeling of being in "HEAVEN". HAHA... It seems alot more smoky than as seen in the photo.

There's a huge picture of Marilyn Monroe right at the entrance. Pretty ba. HAHA

This was our number tag! We ordered 2 Cream Dory Fillet Fish & Chips and drinks.

Dear's BD day, 11!!!

At last the long awaited food is here!! YUMMY!!!

** Best is there's NO GST!!! wahaha... means no 7%! PHEW!

Shopping is next! There lots lots shop there but most of the shops appeals me. Nothing much lei... Only walk till leg suan. haha.. But as a first time shopper, i tink still alright la. My darl bought a black T shirt after much consideration as he was still trying to save money! But the shirt is nice la. a good investment! HAHA..

Ard 9, we wanted to head back to a shop which sells muffins. BUT ITS CLOSE!!

SADED lei!!! Next time go MUST MUST MUST try k dear??? HAHA

But we still managed to find a shop which sells veri veri nice desserts!!! I seen it before on tv shown called "xia yi zhan chi she me". The shop is originally opened in Katong mall and now it expanded another shop at central! GOODY!! You know we gals cant resist the sight of sweet desserts!! so we went in to grap a box of 6. Although its super super ex, but i tink its worth a try. HAHA!! Savings all gone again! lol...

It was indeed a tough decision to make cuz all looks good!!

They reali look great rite??!?!?! They not onli look great, they taste GREAT!!

Of cuz, i nv fail to try the strawberry!!! HEAVENLY!!



I seen the interview on the show, they said that tis was the most difficult dessert to do.

BTW, all these desserts are hand made by 2 sisters who opened the shop.



Although looks may be veri veri nice, but i tink it doesnt taste as nice as the others that i tried. But overall stil GOOD!!



We actuali wanted to have black pearls but they went out of stock. So we had the colourful pearls instead! I tink tat's even better!!! HAHA...



They are called the mini macarons! We had 4 flavours in a mini cup! SO SWEET!!


ALL of them tasted reali good!!!

Last but the least, its the opera! Everthing jus melted in ur mouth! all the taste jus blended so WELL!! YUMMY!!

OMG!! i feel so hungry when right now blogging this! Craving for more! Its reali indeed worth a try!!

Within half hour, all is GONE!! But mi and darl enjoyed it reali much! YUMMY!!

Besides those, they also sell baby 1mth's celebration desserts! But needed to order before hand de. Saw those and they look reali nice!!

Okie... ard 930, its abt time to go home le. The nearest exit where we were sitting jus now by the river was exit C! it was a flight of stairs which says 90 steps to the MRT platform. We were quite amused! so we tried! IT WAS INDEED 90 STEPS!!!!
